I'm not theb est person for c'n'c, but here's what I've pickedu p already.
Break up your parapgraph's, their exceptionally bulky.
New para for each new person that speaks also helps to let the reader know whats what as it where.
Other wise, that's all I can truely see from it, I kinda skimmed over it thou >.>;
