Ok, first off, Burter told me to talk to an admin, but then VJ told me to post here, so this is why I'm doing this. lol
First and foremost, I made a mistake a few months back, I left Civil Unrest and I switch from Piccolo to Android Thirteen, I'm currently trying to rectify those mistakes.
The current Piccolo has been MIA'ing for the last 2.5 months, though he did get up a 253 word post on the 3rd of september, but even then he said that he still doesn't know when/if he's going to get a computer. My question is how long until I can switch from Thriteen to Piccolo. This will be my final switch, I made the mistake of switching once and I'm not willing to do that again.
The sooner I can switch the better, I'm starting to really lag along with Thirteen and would love to finish off PC3 as the jade warrior.

Like I said, Piccolo told us he was leaving and he gave us ample warning. How would you feel if you arrived if you came back to find out we just gave your character away?

The answer we've reached is that this will be dealt with on a case-by-case basis. It depends on a number of factors, that Staff will take into consideration. That's the conclusion we've come to.

ok geesh...we've got the point, Piccolo got shafted. and he wasn't that strong, I believe he was at 1,200,000 ki with no power ups.
2nd, you can ask quite a few people, he was going to give Piccolo to me anyway...I've got me some witness'.
3rd, it's already been said that you can be NPC'ed for a few months, but after that, you lose your character, he's been gone for 2.5 months and still hasn't gotten a house or internet.
HOWEVER,
When/if Piccolo comes back and he really wants to have Piccolo back, I'll give it to him, just enough with the damned pity party already, it's annoying as fuck.

Besides, I did this with a direct admin order. It's not like I just decided I'd go crazy and switch characters around.
