Go to User CP, which is on the very end of the menu on the top. Hit "Edit Signature" and paste the URL for the sig you want to use, and make sure to put the [IMG] tag around it. Hit "Preview" to make sure it appears how you want it to be, and if it doesn't show up, you are using the wrong URL.
