that I try to help someone, it backfires.
Apparently Max has been able to view the boards since we banned him. He's been using the alias, "Recoome" whether our recoome knows this or not, I do not know, but yeah...just thought you guys should know that when you banned him, he found a way around it.
EDIT: I thought that I would direct quote him from his latest IM, only cause I find it ironic...

Well, you clearly don't care that you did it, and obviously would do it again if you had the chance. My main problem is you don't even regret doing it.
So, yea, I'm pretty up there on the decision to ban you. But I won't, I'll let more STAFF opinions flow in.

Nah, you probably won't be banned. I don't really care. My concern is if Max is ever banned again, or anyone for that matter, that this same thing happens and could escalate into something bigger.
Max is back now as an IC account so I'm gonna deal with "omg he should be banned" because he's not anymore. Still, regardless, it shouldn't have been done and if it is again, it'll be a big deal then.

LS, you lie dude, I know for a fact that Ben wasn't online and you were and Recoome was on Chubbs. Not to mention you knew what was being talked about since you thanked me numerous times on FoF for helping you out on chubbs, which you could only know about if you could see the forums.

@Max: Your "contract" still holds. You agreed to terms when re-joining and they will be held to you now, even still. If you want to get a new "representative", feel free and let us know.
@Piccolo: We're not getting into a 'he said, she said' battle. I'm sure you're both gonna stretch things to sway the truth. On that note, it drops now.

...All he has to do is log out. As a guest, he can still see OOC forums. =\

Bra is completely right. His access is removed only on his actual acount. Now, obviously I think someone messed with his access though. The reason is that I do believe that I personally removed his access to the QSU board, which means by his post that someone gave it back.
However, Bardock is his staffer.
Also, Max is right in that we knew he was around for IC purposes. I haven't seen him causing any problems as far as posting and stuff, and no extra drama till this, so why are we fighting? I do disagree with someone else allowing him to use their account, but they have to realize that in doing so they open themselves up to the chance of being banned under the "playing two characters" rule, as for all we'd be able to tell LS and Rec could be the same person (theory). Also, it means that if something happens under his account, he's responsible. I don't like it, but that is about how it would be dealt with.
