I've been waiting out for a while, but now it's time. Could someone switch me to Cell please? I'm fine/aware of the -25 stats.

Plus I like taking underrated characters and making them my own. Pikkon is the same as Uub to me in the sense I have to make him my own and build my own character while shattering the sterotype of the show.
It's alittle more interesting to me then taking Trunks, but thanks for the nomination.
