Cause i'm Cell, and I have my x20 from Trunks, I wanna start off in second stage (I plan that Perfect Cell is x40.) but obviously that means i'd need to absorb an android before that. Would it be good if i was the Cell from the future, having already absorbed one of the future androids, destroying or losing the other and having no choice but to come back in time? Is that kosher?

Talk to the androids themselves would be my suggestion.

yeah you'd have to talk to the people who would be absorb'd about it. but know that just absorbing them won't unlock the powerup for you, yadada.
and your back/forward time travel thing sounds fine to me.

Why would I need to talk to the androids? I'm talking about future ones that no one uses.

If you're not talking about named Androids (16, 17, 18, HF17, etc) then whateva whateva. But if you're using someone else's character in a storyline (future or otherwise) you need to check with them.
