Who did the coloring? Because the coloring of the picture is much better than the actual drawing.

Well, what she did, is she removed the thick lines from the reflection to make it look more surreal then the actual 'real' image of Bulma, which you may notice if you look at the line shading and texturing on the back of her.

What program does she use? Is Illustrator one of them? Because I'm thinking of getting it for my large pieces.
