Kokukashin is a full blood Saiyan. He is not warrior class, however. He was born on planet Vegeta, and under the tutelage of his father, he became a great scientist. One day, in a government mandated tournament, he used a his cybernetic arm to defeat his opponent, which was seen as cheating. He was exiled from Vegeta, and sent into space. His space pod's fuel tank was purposely only full, because the Authorities had hoped that would cause his space capsule to stop in space, leaving Kokukashin to rot.
It turns out Kokukashin safely landed on Earth, where he became a mad scientist. He adopted a human girl (who actually turns out to be a changeling), named Meek, to be his lab assistant. Later, Meek is forced into the SCPF, a group which intends to kill "all threats to society". She becomes an officer in the force, and she forgets about her past life as Kokukashin's daughter.
One day, Meek was sent out by the SCPF to kill Kokukashin. She gladly accepted the task, because Kokukashin had killed to of her Co-workers. She captured Kokukashin, and took him to the SCPF's headquarters. He had a one on one fight with her, and through some dirty tactics, he managed to defeat her with her own sword. The sword he used to slay her split her soul in half, which made it impossible to go to other world. In 14 days, her soul will dematerialize, leaving no sign of ever existing.
Meek and Kokukashin reconcile, but are soon being chased by men wearing SWAT-like suits. They naturally assume the men to be part of the SCPF, however, it turns out they were just bounty hunters for a man named Kai Demolic. The men knocked Kokukashin out with tranquilizer darts, and took him to a remote island to play Kai Demolic's sick survival game.
