New Addition: Power Points

Power Points are a new stat that has been added to Chubbs. These points are spent to activate powerful Techniques like Power-Ups and give your characters a bonus to their fighting ability. Along with the addition of Power Points (PP for short) the way Power-Ups function on Chubbs has been changed. For more details, check out the rules forum; the Stats and Abilities/Techniques threads will have most of the information.

Anyone who had purchased a Tier 1 Power-Up before the date of this post will have the option of being refunded their XP or just keeping the Technique.
