I wasn't the last Cell, but is anyone else that was Cell still here? If not, can I use him?

If someone after you hasn't claimed him then yeah, he's yours. About using him with Oriole, I honestly can't say. I only know how we feel about spouse type things.

If you wanna switch to Cell, then no you wouldn't be allowed to as we don't accept cannon characters anymore.

However, if you want to use Cell as an image for Oriole, that still will not be allowed. The only exception for cannons as customs is Namek's because of their similarities in appearance.

Yeah... what do you mean by "use." I actually thought you meant use him like an NPC, but there are clearly other interpretations.

Well, I haven't gone into much detail about my character's god, because I wasn't sure how I wanted to do it yet, and I thought about the little story I did with Cell and it seemed like it would fit nicely.

You want to RP as Cell? You want him to make a cameo? You want to have Oriole magically transform into Cell every time he sneezes?

For now I just want to use the name. Maybe somewhere down the road I might try having him land on Earth for a saga of some sort, but I'm probably not that industrious. And yeah, if Oriole could transform into Cell when he passes flowers in bloom that'd be good too.

There's nothing wrong with mentioning canons in part of RPs if concerns pre-established Chubbs history. I've referenced Rad a bunch of times, and also used Bra and Kirano and I think Burter.

It would be like RPing someone walking out of a toy store with a deluxe "Champions of DA" action figure set that had Rad and Bar and 18.

Echoing what others have said, my understanding is that you want to "evolve" Orion INTO a Cell creature.

Oh no, I have no desire to change my character into Cell. I just want the god of the cult to be Cell. I even have a minor angle with the sacrifices that kind of ties into my last post as Cell being deep in space and such if I can.
