For CNN, are we allowed to add just like, random news stories for things happening in the Chubbs universe? IE things which might not directly affect characters, but just little tidbits to fill out the world and such. People could even mention the stuff in their RPs so we get a little interactive storybuilding going on.

So far everything in there is major world altering stuff. From Vad leveling half of Central City, to Juno's Saga, to the Namek post Reb did. As far as creating role playing Fodder with daily news stories, I don't see a problem with it, but it isn't my place to say or make a definitive ruling.

That was the entire point behind it. To create some form of events to give the world a living, breathing feel to it that multiple people could incorporate. I intended stuff like "random mistrust has caused a Vejita native to be held captive while attempting to enter Earth" but then (it seemed) every time that happened, someone turned it into another saga or something.
