Alright. Let's say your character intends on traveling to a planet that isn't listed in the forums. For arguments sake lets call it Zoon. Would they still be required to post in Capsule Corp upon their departure and landing for charges? I'm thinking no for some reason but just wanted to verify.

Now secondly, if the character in question hoped to create a bad image, would they be allowed to with the development of a storyline destroy a planet? I remember Yamu becoming like the protector of a planet but I can't recall the destruction of one. If this is allowed are any specific requirements for it? CA minimum, etc.

It doesn't cost any money to travel to a planet/location in the Outer Space forum. If you return to a different planet than the one you left (ex. Earth -> Planet X -> Namek), I imagine you'd have to pay at Namek.

As far as I'm aware, you can't destroy planets. Whether this is the case for Outer Space worlds, idda know. I am, however, aware that none of the character's on this website are strong enough to destroy a planet themselves.

But what if he used telepathy to persuade figures to launch nuclear grade weapons, started a world war or broke into a scientific facility developing various uses for Katchin and commandeered a drill like machine. Altering the quardinates to force it to drill to the planets core with an unstable energy source of some kind. Would that then be allowed?

Piper is right. You don't pay flying costs until you attempt to land. As for your blow up the planet scenario, that wouldn't be viable on any of the planets that have their own forum. If you make up a planet you have full reign on whether or not it's destroyed.
