Area A: Day One
#41
He began to feel it seep into various wounds in the creature's body, and felt each open cut, each frostburned appendage, and each damaged cell. He was able to feel into each of the creature's bruised muscles, and felt each muscle on the cellular level. He slowly opened up the various channels with the body that would allow for the proper blood flow to help bring the healing properties to the damaged body parts. Increasing the bodies own healing capabilities was the first step. Furthering their abilities was the hard part. There was no way he could go that far. He had no idea what he was doing. He knew nothing of healing, but he did know far more about channeling energy than most, and how to be far more intricate with it. Perhaps healers didn't truely rebuild a creature's body structure themselves, but instead simply increased blood flow and triggered dormant capabilities within the patient's own hormones, to allow the cell's infrastructure to relive the days of birth, growing new appendages and strengthening muscles. That was for the trained healers. For Reijin... He felt his body growing weak, from simply triggering various small explosions of energy within the creature's cells, and he finally allowed his aura to retreat back from the other's body.

He opened his eyes, and staggered back against a workbench. He was extremely tired, even though he'd just eaten a bean moments before. His attempt at healing had drained him, farther than most battles seemed to. He now had a new respect for true healers. Perhaps he could further his discoveries in the future, and learn how to truely heal... He'd have to remember to keep this to himself. He held himself up with one arm, and glanced wearily at the computer. His eyes widened... The time had passed exponentially. It had been at least four hours since he'd last opened his eyes. He looked down at his stomach, and reached down, pulling at the tape on his stomach. He never really knew how to apply these things. He had only learned the basics that every warrior needed to know.

He pulled on the bandages quickly, wincing sharply as he took a quick breath. That feeling would never cease to sting. He looked down at his previous burn wounds from the point blank blast he'd sustained, and found everything completely back to normal. That was more than he could say for the creature on the table, he thought somberly. He sighed, and ran his fingers across his lower body. Things seemed fine. He couldn't believe the power that the other being had put into the blast when it's own life was nearly gone. He looked at the table. From what he could tell, his own attempt at 'healing' this one had not really helped him too much... But perhaps it had given him just enough energy to heal himself, with the help of the bean. He reached into the cabinet, and popped another bean into his mouth. He never liked to rely on such things for help, but he was exhausted, and with there not being such a limited quantity as he was used to, he took a few liberties. He carried the other over to the fallen warrior, and opened its mouth, dropping the bean in, and forcing him to chew it and swallow. Then Reijin turned, walking to a darkened corner of the room, and sat down in a chair, passing out just before actually coming in contact with it.

He would be safe here, for the time being. There was supposed to be no fighting within these bunkers.

Tapion's eyes glared daggers at Thirteen. His aura surrounded him and glowed with a fierce tone. It would get bigger than smaller in the same instant. His anger was driving him out of control and he would have to control this anger if he was going to beat the humanoid. Tapion sheathed his sword as he stood infront of Thirteen who stared back at Tapion, showing no emotion.

"I understand how you feel-" started Thirteen, but Tapion cut him off.

"You have no idea how I feel!"

At that, Tapion broght his right fist up and sent a hook in Thirteen's way, slamming it into his cheek. This made the android stumble back some and regain his balance. But before that could happen, Tapion walked forward to him and jumped, spinning his body just enough to send his left leg out wards and slam it into Thirteen's chest, making him fall to the ground in an instant.

Tapion completed his rotation and landed on his left foot and placed his right foot down and regained his balance. He watched as Tapion got up and hurled himself at the konat. Tapion took the blow straight on and fell to the ground with the android atop of him. Tapion fought with his right hand and unknown to Thirteen, he charged a ki orb in his left palm. Tapion sent jabs into the humanoid's sides continuously then suddenly stop and lifted his land hand up, pivoting it at the wrist. He aimed his palm at the side of Thirteen and before he knew it, Tapion was sent over on his back beside Tapion from the blast.

This gave the enraged mohawk fighter a chance to get up. So he kicked up and landed on his feet as Thirteen brought himself to his feet as well. Tapion sent a punch forward at Thirteen but it was hit away. Thirteen sent a hook at the konat but it was blocked. Tapion sent his foot down and missed the android's foot as the android did the same.

Over and over, the two warriors exchanged blows and blocked or dodged them. Until finally they both sent a punch in with the opposite hands and Tapion's left hit Thirteen's right, a nova of white energy radiated from the spot where they hit. The same thing happened with their other fists. Tapion thought quick and brought his hands between the androids and spread them again, knocking the humanoid's hands out of the way and leaving him vulnerable for anything; Tapion took the shot.

He charged his right hand with energy and slammed it forward, palm out and the energy burnt into the machine as he went flying. Then a small explosion arose after he hit the ground from the energy ball.

Tapion crouched down, eyes narrowed, anger energizing his body. Thirteen got to his feet, ready for another round.

The snow struggled to carry the weight of the Saiyan, every footstep cratering into the soft powder. He walked with no sense of direction, a wanderer of the wilderness. The snow had long ceased, leaving Burori to travel through white plains with no purpose other than to destroy. A figure appeared in the distance, flames of fiery red engulfing him as he approached the Super Saiya-Jin. He landed in the snow, kicking up fresh powder as his feet slid into the earth. The Saiyan King was taken aback. ?Broli?? he asked, leaning forward. He barely recognized his old cohort. The King?s aide had changed immensely, his hair now golden. Burori stared back with his pupilless eyes, an expression of disgust spread over his face. He raised his hand slightly, preparing to destroy the king. And yet, something inside of him beckoned otherwise, the demon?s captured spirit wanting nothing less than the survival of his king. ?What do you want?? retorted the demon, impatiently restraining himself. King Vegita prepared to speak, hesitant to stay any longer, as he noticed the tightening fist of his peer. ?You wanted to meet up? Remember??

Broli stared off into the sky, as if recollecting some dream from long ago. At last, he nodded, reconnecting focus with his king. ?Ah? Yes. You are Bejita Ou, King of all of Vegeta-Sei.? The king nodded, taking a moment to linger on the subject, his pride swelling. ?Yes, yes. I was king, until? I was betrayed.? His eyes darted to one side, his face becoming flushed. Hatred was the only emotion to be felt. Broli simply smiled back, as if ignorant to the entire thing. ?Oh yes! I?m quite aware. You were betrayed by him.? Such an odd response. ?Him? Oh, yes, Nubian,? said the Saiyan King, his anger returning. ?He?s here,? whispered Burori, looking off to one side. Only a look of pure confusion came from the king. His counterpart was making no sense. Not only had it seemed that the warrior had been submitted to a complete physical renewal, but also his mind and thoughts also seemed different. ?Nubian?? questioned the king. If Nubian really was there, then it would be absolutely necessary for them to find him and kill him. He had to take back the throne. No longer would he allow his people to suffer under such a tyrannical reign. Burori cocked his head to one side, peering off into the distance. His golden locks flowed softly in the wind, an air of freshness filling his nostrils. ?No? The one sent by Sativa? He wants to kill me? He?s? different.? Bejita Ou pressed a button on his scouter, two readings appearing on the crimson screen. Their power levels were astounding, and they were approaching him fast.

As they came into view, it was clear that they were Saiya-Jin. Their brown curls streamed aside their faces in the wind, their muscles bulging underneath their garments. Both wore an unusual armor, one that the king had never set eyes on before. The armor was the color of mud, and yet, it appeared to have a faint greenish glow to it. Disregarding it, he watched the two carefully, wondering if an attack was imminent. Broli made the decision to initiate communication, stepping forward and motioning towards the larger of the two. ?Welcome back,? he smiled. The taller one scratched his head, rather shocked at the transformation of the warrior. Still, he considered it as nothing less than negligible, his own arrogance spilling out of his mouth. ?I told you I?d be back,? he bowed, identifying himself as the Sativan agent who encountered Burori from earlier. ?I never did tell you my name, Burori. It?s Reico. I figure that I should be a gentleman before returning the same pain you dealt me and my troupe.?

?And what happened to your troupe?? asked Broli, noticing that only a similar warrior stood next to Reico. The four others were missing. Reico ran his fingers up the contours of his armor, wallowing in his pride. ?Mmm? After our fight, I promised you that I would return stronger. And so I have. You see, Sativa has more influence than you would think. So, you could say that it wouldn?t be too hard for her to? ?influence? Dante officials to look the other way while she smuggled in armor.? The soldier gave a hard slap to his chest, attempting to imply the durability of the armor. ?And here you see it, my new armor. Unfortunately? My men couldn?t exactly handle the? after-effects. You see, this isn?t just any ordinary armor.? He continued to stroke the sturdy surface lightly, more in admiration than anything else. And as if it was a living, breathing creature, the armor responded, the faint green amplifying into clarity. ?Illumium,? whispered the demon, recognizing the mineral. Dylock had used it to turn himself into a horrendous beast of unimaginable, but not unstoppable, power. It was clear that, however much Sativa had her hands on, she had used the Illumium in the process of creating the armor. ?So you?re looking for a fight? I warn you? The Broli from this morning has gone, and I, the Black Demon, have arisen into supremacy.?

The Saiyan?s eyes narrowed, his lips curving slyly. ?So have I.?

The skinny woman walked quietly northward through the freezing snow. It had been difficult to keep her flying leaf alive in the cold weather and just gave up after awhile. Instead, the emerald eyed forest girl just walked on to find what she had been longing for. This particular item would take away all of her problems, and save those who she cared so much for...

I'm almost there...I can feel it...

And so she trekked on, still having not had any contact with anyone. She was fortunate for this, because this task was best done alone or not at all.

Jackies scouter stopped fifty thousand Ki. Jackie grinned and looked at his foolish opponent, who was cracking his neck.

"Come on lets get this over with."

"Yes lets get....."

The warrior attacked and tried to punch Chun, but the old man grabbed his arm and threw him into the ground. As the young fighter, wanted to get up, snow started to gently fall on the cold ground. The wind was blowing even harshly. The Syntex person wondered what happened before he tried again, but the elderly human grabbed his arm again, this time twisting it. As the foolish warrior ached in pain, Jackie told him:

"Did you really think you would be a match to me? A professional martial artist? Think again. Go home, boy."

With that he started to spin the warrior around, until he threw him. The helpless Syntex fighter flew a long distance until he dissapeared. The old man smiled. He knew that he was going to be ok, but he was going to be shocked from this. Jackie took a deep breath, then returned to the bunker. He filled up his stock to its maximum, turned off his collar and then again with great speed left the bunker. He was hoping to finnaly find an interesting area. With that he left area A.

OOC: left area A and turned off the colar for this week.

"Ugh..." she grunted, doing her best to continue on. She was not fit for the colder climates, having always been one for the warmer and more relaxing tempertures. Her bloodline was that of trees and roots, and she could feel her blood freezing in the coldness. "Too...cold..." But she trekked on, practically crawling on all fours to get to her location.

She rose her head and began to see the light from inside a small hole, about 100 yards away. Thinking fast, she stumbled up and tried to run, only to fall a few feet later. Coughing, she started to continue on, her determination more then enough to move her body.

"I'm coming...I will save you Akira. I have to."

OOC: We aren't finished, Thirteen.

Tapion never let a person walk away. He looked down at his shivering body. The shaking of his body was out of his control. His clothes were still damp and he needed to remove them. He stood in the snow and put his sword in it's sheath and took the sheath off his back, placing it softly on the ground, letting Thirteen continue to walk. Tapion then removed his shirt revealing a muscular upper body and scars and cuts everywhere. He still shook but he wasn't as wet. Tapion decided to keep his pants on though, for his own personal reasons.

His aura shot up around him, removing much of the extra water still sliding down his body. This only happened because the aura started from within his body and spread, radiating from his skin. This dried his upper body just enough so the dry, cold air could be at one tempature instead of it feeling colder because of the wetness of his body.

Even though it was freezing, Tapion's eyes burned brightly. He was still serious but now more under control of his own anger. This would help him any more ways that ever. The konat looked forward, the android getting closer and closer to the bunker, but Tapion would allow it yet. He ducked down and shot off into a sprint. Snow drifted up in the air from each step, his legs ached from the force from all of the gravity and having to move around so much. Tapion then started to slow down and hopped slightly and slammed both feet in the ground, letting snow fly into the air and cover the area as if it were snowing at that spot at that time.

Tapion sent out a punch through the blinding snow to feel nothing. But he did feel something beside him, though it wasn't that warm. Thirteen had gotten just out of the way of the punch and sent his knees inwards, letting Tapion's diaphram push upwards, sending all of his breath from his lungs. Tapion coughed, trying to retrieve the lost oxygen from the dry air he stood in. Not being very successful, Tapion decided to move away. It was a good choice, at least. As the humanoid's leg had swung towards him, just inches away from his mid spine. Tapion turned around back at the android and smiled, this made the Thirteen quirk a brow but the brow was quickly put back down in it's position after the konat's fist slammed into the humanoid's cheek.

This made the konat smile as he followed up by spinning around and sending a kick to the side of the neck of the android. This sent Thirteen's face into the soft snow muffling the grunt from the victim of the blow. Tapion crouched a bit then shot his legs straight, sending the konat into the air. His aura blazed just as much as his eyes did. He reposition his body and shot down like a dart, his head being the point. Then Tapion put his palms outward as they filled with yellow energy, aimed for the uninformed android. Then the energy shot forward slamming into the ground on Thirteen's left and right, making snow fly up and keeping Tapion in place. The blast expanded and the two beams combined on the ground and made the explosion much larger. Tapion let the beams go, the trails following as the konat slowly fell in the air.

But to his amazement, Thirteen stood about twenty feet from the crater Tapion created and then shot energy towards him. Tapion spun in the air but not enough, his shoulder being blasted, spinning him wildly. In mid-air, Tapion caught himself and looked up, he was under the sun. Thirteen didn't know what Tapion was suggesting to himself. But he quickly knew when Tapion floated infront of the sun with his hands infront of his face. And then a yell came from Tapion.

"Solar Flare!"

A flash of light blinded the area, including the android. The humanoid covered his eyes, giving Tapion the perfect chance. He reached behind his back and felt nothing, he just realized he left he sword by the lake. His eyes gazed at the sheathed sword far behind Thirteen, it was too far. He decided he had to shoot him with a major blast, and only one came to mind. So the pointed eared, one-spiked mohawk warrior put both hands in a sphere shape and charged energy within the sphere at his waste. Energy leaked through the cracks between his phalanges. The orbs of the konat's eyes blazed in anger as the images of his brother running through his mind.

He then yelled out to the blinded android, "Kamehameha!"

The energy between the warrior's hands shot forward as he thrusted his arms forward. The blue energy was large and aimed for the humanoid with no emotion except for the anger in Tapion. Tapion's anger seemed to give the beam more power than a normal kamehameha. He wouldn't give up until Thirteen was dead, end of story.

OOC: Your turn. You can end it now or we can keep going.

Guldo

Guldo approached the fallen human carefully, hoping that his opponent had been defeated. And then, without any warning, a blast pushed through the smoke created from the fall. Guldo attempted to move out of the way, firing a blast of his own towards the origin of his enemy. A scream was heard, only to be drowned out with Guldo's own scream as the blast tore into his shoulder, spattering the atmosphere with bone and sinew.

As the smoke cleared, Guldo fell to one knee, hand gripping his left shoulder, or at least, where it used to be...

King Vegeta

With the Illumium destroyed, King Vegeta, barely able to hold himself up, summoned all the strength he had left. Charging his Kaioken as powerful as it would allow, he fired out a beam of extraordinary energy.

The decapitated body of Marrow fell to the snowwy earth, a light fall of powder beginning to cover his body. The fiery aura faded from Bejita Ou as he landed on one knee...

He thought his words over carefully, and finally just gave a simple answer. "Because you wanted to be. Even when your body screamed at you to just die, you had determination to bring out just enough strength, from your spent body, to try to fight me, knowing you were a dead man." He shrugged his shoulders, and simply walked over to the supply depot. He made sure that he was restocked on his sensu bean and stasis grendade, and then pulled on a tight shirt. "Now, I grow tired of sitting here." He picked up his armor and pulled it down onto himself, buckling it in place and straightened his flowing cloak around him.

The chill from the snow outside drafted down near him, and he wrapped it slightly around him. "Do what ever you want. You have been given the gift of life. Do not take it for granted," Reijin mumbled, somewhat unsure of his actions.

The clumsy healing had taken a lot from him. He would have to apply his newfound ability again in the future, and train it. Perhaps he had the spark of a healer. Then again, perhaps his bloody hands were only good for that of the low class warrior. He would find out in the trials that he would face. He left the room without a sound, and continued up the stairway, curious as to what the creature would do.
