You will need how the person organizes a fight/spar(basically the spar request board and how to go about the requesting). The rewards for a spar, deciding the winner in a a spar(how they decide and that it doesn't really affect your rewards) and how the spar is rated by a staffer. How a fight is setup(like what they can fight for and how they set up their own rules for the fight[i.e. post limit]) and that they do NOT decide the winner and that the staff decide who wins, also teh consequence for a fight. I'm sure there is more, but you should be able to get that.

Janemba, I suggest you do SOMETHING for this task. I understand you were having a hard time, but I expect something out of you, even if it's small little things for the final copy
