Wow.. Thank's for the help guy's. I'll bare it all in mind. I knew I sucked at my describing detail's, but I didn't know jsut how badly untill some one pointed it out. I'll do waht Rad surrgested, & use word to help me improve on it. As for my charecter develpment, I'll be heading down that road once some of the up & coming saga's are done, when me & Recoome hit off in to our second part of Janemba's change, dunno when that'll take place thou..

Thanks for the advice yet again. I'll aim to do that one hell of alot more.. Hell, I'm gonna aim to write a few fanfic's & let the critics (you guy's) pick away at it.. I'll aim to do at least a few chap's thou before it goes up for critic's.

If I had time, I wish I could read more than I do. There's a lot of stuff that people post that I would have read had I had the time. I usually like to read the first few posts by new members, but I haven't been able to do that in a while. If I get the time to do some reading anytime soon, I'll post what I think about it.

Oh, and brit, I started sketching out some of the different things I could do with Rad where he is now. Some of them would be more than moderatly amusing, in my opinion. I'm not sure what I'm going to choose in the end. Maybe I'll find a way to work them all together.

As far as the thing about the evil side of Rad, it depends on who he's around. More often than not, lately, he's been with 18, who doesn't take to just blowing up cities for the hell of it. When he's just around, say, Koola and Vegeta, however, its a different story. He usually just goes with the flow, and does whatever sounds interesting.

Broli's RPing from his storyline=10...that's what I think at least. Seeing Rad's RPing from awhile ago I give it to 10 as well.

I think Zarbon should get an 8-9 because he is doing real well. Even though I've written a long time I know I am not doing it at my full extent. I like writing action a lot but I would like somebody to rate me, please.

To me, there's no one here who is a 10 at RPing. I've seen a few people who I would consider a 10, but they are no longer here. On that same note, there is no one here who is a 1. So.. *shrugs*

I was also considering commenting on how lax the rating was, but if you think about it being exclusively comparative to Chubbs, then it all makes sense.

No one's saying they're bad. Koola is simply judging on a scale based off of what he's read all over the 'net. If I were going to do the same, I probably wouldn't even give anyone here an 8. Well... maybe an 8 to a couple of specific people for specific posts. However, that's not the scale we've been using.

I only read the first page of this thread. I don't read all of the OOC boards most of the time. But Paragus...let me think of what I have read..

Well from the saga it was short posts mostly. I would give you a 6 or a 7. That's my opinion.

I don't consider myself good enough to rate people, but I have some advice for those willing to heed it:

The foundation of writing is a mixture of mechanics and creativity. Things such as conventions, grammar, spelling, and punctuation really make a difference. Your writing can be excellent, but if your mechanics are poor, it will make your beautiful words look absolutely repulsive. Second, writing is a learning experience. As Rad said, looking to others for example is a good way to find a model of what works and what doesn't. The best kind of writing is loaded with imagery: excruciating details and metaphors that paint a picture. Painting a picture can't be rushed, or it will look sloppy, so take the time to give it the care and patience it deserves.
