Who cares? The only thing you're limited to is appearance, which you can change drastically. If you want a saiyan, have your character have a distant relationship with a saiyan so they still act like one, even though they can't go SSJ.

The possibilities are endless. I don't see the need to cater to your needs if you're going to be so damn picky
