Strengths: I liken Supes?s strengths to Zarbon?s. He has initiative, analytical skills, and works hard. He also communicates very well.

Weaknesses: What separates the two similar strengths is this factor: Supes can be a little over ambitious at times, which may step on a few toes. This also leads to the subtle notion that he can be very attached to his own ideas, although he has the ability to work with other people.

ZARBON

Subject: Super Buu

Strengths: One of the greatest leaders I?ve ever seen. Always pushing the group forward, always giving ideas. Always trying to produce the best product as fast as possible so they get it done while making something people can look at and say ?Wow.?
Weaknesses: The problem is, he?s always the leader. All the time I?ve known him, he?s been head honcho, and takes on that persona a lot. This helps the group sometimes, but there is a point where someone else needs to take charge.
Comparison: Waaay better leader than myself. I have yet to see him follow enough to give an accurate opinion.
Extra Notes: He is staff on tons of places. The only staff work I?ve ever had a problem with was back in the days of the BMC.

Grade: B+

Super Buu ? I think he could become staff, right after Bardock perhaps. He?s known for being active, known for being committed, and known for being a good and creative writer. He did the best job out of all the members on Goten?s team in my opinion, and is probably a better choice than me as a member of staff, simply because he can be more active and involved than I could be.

I don't disagree with much, if anything. Only comment I'd add to Zarbon's is that, aye, I'm often boss man around sites. But I also slip into less higher-up roles fairly easily. I'm not one to fret about my status, and ask for promotions - I find that if you just don't think about it, and continue doing a good job, you'll eventually be recognised. And if not, you didn't expect a promotion anyway, so it's no big deal. FoF is a prime example, where I've done my fair share of grunt work.

Bardock - yeah, my outspokenness can be a problem sometimes. When I see something I don't like, I do tend to question it, and occasionally people get irritated. Kinesis levels being just one recent example. This can be a good or a bad thing, depending on your opinion. I would disagree with the 'ambition' thing, as I said above. I've never once asked to be staff, though entering this competition is a sure sign that I've thought about it.

And man, reading over my criticisms, I think I may have overdone it. >_>

I'm also felt like editing in this conversation, because I thought it was relevant in a thread critiquing me. Easily my biggest weakness:
