The first move sounds like a power up, I'm fine with it as long as it is not RPed like one.
As long as you don't use any form of electricity for the second move I'm fine with that, too, because we have elemental techniques.
Third move is fine.
Your comment about not wanting to write another sample RP was kind of irking me, because how do I know you'll actually feel motivated to RP Nezi if you don't feel like writing to get in? I'll let it go, I just hope you don't end up going inactive/leaving. Your name is familiar so I know you've been here before.
