United and Dante hold an alliance. Because of this, Dante has no fear of disturbing tactics such as suicide bombings. I know that my perimeter is secure. However, I can only stress again the anxiousness I feel when considering what methods they will take against you. Please, consider my offer once more. Abandon your allegiance with Cell Jr. He hides in his castle, fleeing from his attackers and caring nothing for his people. He is no leader. Join under me, and I can assure you that United will halt its unconvential and morally disgusting tactics against you. I look forward to your reply, and I again give my deepest regrets to the atrocities committed earlier today.

Outcast Fort has agreed to let you pass in order to fight Cell Jr, in exchange for being left alone until the battle against CJ is done.
The other Forts deny any negotiation

Well that does me no good. I still have to fight Bajir, which I could have gotten to from Lethe and thus could have avoided Outcast Fort anyway.

I'm not asking you to join under me. I'm not asking you to surrender. What I'm asking you to do is to stand aside so that we may move towards Sanguine. There are no widespread opportunities here. Either you step aside and allow my army to pass, or we'll go through you. It's as simple as that. I have nearly 2,000 men. We will penetrate your fort, may I mention with relative ease as well. There's no reason to defend your Commander anymore. What has he defended you from? Why should you do for him what he has no intention to do for you?
We won't want a fight from you. We simply want to go to Sanguine. I've already begun preparations to produce siege equipment. Don't make me use it.

Aran Tower reports a troop to the east of Hyperton. It's currently idle.
It seems split between Monte Cristo and Freelorn.
