You should try putting a space between your paragraphs, it'll help for people reading the post.

I'm Bardock, I'll be your mentor. Since we take pride in our roleplaying here, I expect you to pay close attention and to learn from what I am teaching.

I didn't mean to say your writing was horrible. It's decent enough, rest assured. It's just that you have a spacing problem, as Android 18 pointed out. This is actually one of the easiest things to fix, since you seem to be okay with most of the other technical stuff. So all I'm going to do is show you what you wrote, and then give you an example of how it should be spaced out. Any other corrections I make will be colored red and in bold, just to point out a few things for you.

The blue figure stood staring at the enemy, preparing to attack. The saiyan enemy started to charge up his kamehameha. Baby did the same, moving his hands behind him to charge up his own blue energy.
"Kame..Hame...HAA!" Baby cried before Goku had a moment to use his. The saiyan was struck by the beam right in the gut. The little blue tyrant glided towards Goku as he used another kamehameha. The Saiyan instant transmissioned behind Baby, going Super Saiyan 3 in a heartbeat. Baby was shocked by the increase in power, but he was too determined to be affected by any form of fear.
In a flash the blue midget started throwing kicks and punches as fast as he could. Goku couldn't stop the determined little thing in front of him, so he was beaten badly in the next few minutes. Soon Baby got a bit tired, that was all the super saiyan needed to start getting revenge. Quickly Goku was gaining the upper hand as he sent Baby flying everywhere. The only thing that the saiyan that was hidden close by could see was another saiyan sending a blue ball everywhere.
Gohan quickly came out of the hiding place, and started to defend Baby, since he was taken over by Baby. Goku couldn't hurt his own son, so he started to block his attacks. What more could Goku do now, he has to somehow get Gohan away without hurting him. The clever blue midget quickly took advantage of this moment and started to make quick work of Goku. The saiyan had to get Gohan away, so he grabbedhim and threw him into the ground, he then yelled down sorry.
Baby hated the love Goku had for his son, making him so furious he started sending blows to Goku's stomach swiftly. Having the upper hand once more the blue villian grabbed Goku and tossed him into the ground. He then started to charge up a big bang attack. The ball at his fingers grew enormous, and at the
sight of it,Goku tried to get out of the way knowing there was no way he could stop it. Baby threw the big ball of energy at Goku, but it was too late, the saiyan had flew off in hopes of finding a way to beat the horrible Baby

If you see, it looks a bit more organized and easier to read than lumping it altogether. It's best to separate dialogue from the initial paragraph, so it's easier to understand who is saying what and not have to determine if someone is speaking.

I capitalized all the names of the techniques, but that's not really important. Your first mistake was that you posed a question, so it requires a question mark. Starting in the next sentence, you used present tense "has" versus what needed to be used, past tense "had." You didn't put a space between 'grabbed him.' You also needed to make the "sorry" part into dialogue, which I fixed. 'Villain' was spelled wrong. You needed a space between 'Goku' and the comma, and you needed a period at the end of your last sentence.

Other than that, you write well enough to be accepted. All you have to do to pass is give me one more example showing you can space properly, and you're in.
