Starting Moves:
Hunter's Snare- This move creates a small energy ball in the user's hand. When thrown and hits the target this energy ball cover its body, shocking it and sending it to the ground. He 'snare' can be recalled by the user with ease.
Tri Elements of Destruction- Extend right arm out. Cell Jr. charges three mini ki blasts. Each the element of fire(red), water(blue) and lighting(yellow). When unleashed upon the victim they are first burned by fire, then downed by water and shocked by lighting.
Super Ki Blast- This a Ki Blast but with more energy. Used when user doesn't want to waste Ki. Nothing more, nothing less.

It was Mid-Day, the sun was up, the sky was blue with a few clouds. Cell Jr. below was sitting the short grass, meditating clearing his mind, with his eyes closed. He has lit a large bond fire of rotted tree logs and stick behind him. As a symbol of ridding himself of bad memories and feelings.
The short blue warrior opened his eyes and got to his feet. He could hear loud buzzing above his head. He looked up. It was a Bee-Solider.
"What do you think you are doing," he asked a little ticked.
Cell Jr. looks up, "ridding myself of bad memories and feelings. Look I'm starting to get hungry if you don't mind I'm going to the riverbank to fish."
"Yes I do mind," the flying insect said ", this area is owned by the Queen Bee of Amazons-insect warriors." She reached for her spear to draw it.
"I don't recommend doing that," The short scrapper said ", you will be dead before that spear touches me."
"Ha, ha, ha, I highly doubt that," the she-insect laughed.
A small energy ball became to form in his right hand, "do you know what is bee?"
The bee-amazon looked at his confused. She lowered herself above the ground slighting floating.
Cell Jr. continued, "well this energy ball in my hand is a Hunter's Snare, very quick and painful."
He lifted his hand up separating his palm out the energy ball not floating in his hand. "Hunter's Snare, go!" he called out to it. The ball flew at the Amazon-bee.
She tired to take off but the ball quickly touched her skin formed around her. Once around her the second stage of the Hunter's Snare took affect it let out a powerful shock.
The bee let our a painful cry and she fell the ground passed out.
"I tried to tell her...." Cell Jr. re-called the snare and let it deplete. He walked over to her and looked down, "your life has been spared. When you come to I will be gone that fire will be smoking with ash. He began to walk towards the bond fire.
