I have just a few simple points to make, and I'm not going to waste my time elaborating. They're two points, each on either side of the argument. Just to remain impartial.

1) He was 12. You all could have been pedophiles. He didn't want you to know that he was that old, possibly.

Reb never said anything about pedophiles, he said he had a big ego and he wanted to be older. He already explained this if you read.

The question I pose is this:

If you're Reb at first, and now you're Noah, how do we know that you're going to stay Noah? Maybe next, you'll come up here and confess that you're Robert, and expect us to 'move on'. The type of personality that breeds a lie like this is the type of personality that usually has no qualms with making up another one.

I'm not attacking you personally, since I don't know you that well. All I'm saying is that you've provided no evidence to support you being Noah, and, you're also not stupid. You've pulled off a ruse for four years, who's to say you can't pull another one off for another four?

I don't really care. When it comes to the internet, personal information is personal information and its up to you on if you wish to make it public or not. Since some people harass you for info, if someone gives false info for that then fine. This is nothing like Dana. I completely disagree with that statement. Dana's intentions were destruction, Reb's was illusion. I see a difference in purpose from that though others may not.

Its also as he said about having begun when he was a kid. Yeah, he could have just come out earlier. He also could have just sat there and never come out and not one of us would ever learn any differently. As a child he made a dumb decision and made a lie, because you are told to. You are told not to give personal info, and you also don't really care because you are anonymous. Then as he aged he fell into a routine many people fall into. You have to tell another lie to protect the first lie. You have to tell another one to cover the previous. Before you know it, you are living in a house built on lies and struggling to maintain them, all with the intentions of simply protecting your friends from finding out you lied in the first place. You see this even in situations of people lying about if they went to see a movie in theatres with a different group of friends and don't want their other friend to be upset and feel like you don't want to see it with them, so people will claim they saw something else and then go and "see it for the first time" so the other friend doesn't feel second strand. Is it right? No. But it happens.

Um, his name came up as Noah on my caller ID when he called me the other night. You have to actually have proof of your legal name, etc. to get a phone, so this sounds pretty substantial.

I'm not hurt or anything, just really shocked. I mean, half of my perception of you was based on who you were, the other on how you acted. The second is more important, but I guess it's really weird to have this image of someone for three+ years and then for him to say that it's not really him.

There was actually something I wanted to ask... Oh yeah, was trying to remember it. So since you are only available like three weeks of a year, what takes your time otherwise? School, or moving to other places and having no internet?

Just working two jobs, really. Right now it's not so bad but when summer vacation really hits, I'll be pulling in way more hours.
