Ki Blade - The ultimate mastery of Ki weaponry, the form of the weapon in this technique is as varied as the user's imagination. Anything from knuckle extensions to a bow and arrow can be made and wielded, but as always skill with the weapons is a necessity. The length also has no limit, though obviously larger weapons will be harder to manage in melee combat.

Can i learn this custom move? If so, what do I need to do to do so?

edit 2: Also, I think I need an additional 50 int before I can learn a fourth move. So... my bad entirely for being a stupid newb.
