I was staffing on a site not too long ago, and for me the funnest thing was to create quests. Don't know why I loved it, but I did and made quite a few. The site eventually went down so feel free to take any of these(all edited to to fit chubbs criteria):

Mission Name: Town Service
Planet: Earth
Difficulty: Easy
Requirements: None
Rewards: 4 TP's, 600 Zenni

Description: A small town has been getting terrorized by a local street gang, they run through the town every week looting and destroying as much as they can. The townspeople are in desperate need of someone who can help them get rid of their problem. However this is no easy challenge, the leader is a known killer, and he surely won’t go down without a fight.

Mission Name: Rodzilla!
Planet: Earth
Difficulty: Hard
Requirements: 2,000,000 Ki
Rewards: 15 TP's

Description: A giant lizard creature has emerged from the depths of the sea and has gone on a rampage throughout a massive metropolis, the casualty estimates are in the thousands right now but if this colossal beast isn't stopped they will soon dip into the millions. If only Earth had a hero to step in and save the day...

Description: A mysterious masked man has been attacking random people as of late all across the busy motropolis of Central City. He has been spotted tearing up the local clubs, stealing, and even kicking defenselss puppies. Will you be the one to face him and stop him from hurting any more innocent people.

Mission Name: Save the Rainforest.
Planet: Earth
Difficulty: Medium
Rewards: 6 TP's, 400 Zenni

Description: A very powerful man named Fred Burner, has been hacking away at what is left of the rainforest. Rainforest activists will pay top dollar to whomever stops this man in his tracks, and make sure it won't happening again anytime soon.

Mission Name: Kidnapping

Difficulty: Medium

Description: A shady underground organization is offering a reward to anyone who kidnaps the active mayor of silver city and hand delivers him. Obviously the mayor is a very important person and will be escorted by bodyguards everywhere he goes so this mission probably wont be too easy.

Mission Name: The Pharaoh’s Tomb
Planet: Earth
Difficulty: Medium
Requirements: None
Rewards: 6 TP's, 350 Zenni

Description: Archeologists have just uncovered the remains of an ancient Egyptian tomb that has been prophesized to contain millions of dollars worth of thousands of years old artifacts. The only problem? The tomb is haunted by the mummy of the Pharaoh it was built for. Laying the soul of the angered Pharaoh to rest while causing as little damage to the tomb as possible will earn you a nice little reward from the petrified archeologists.

Description: Extremely wealthy real estate tycoon Ronald Dump has reported that his home was broken into late last night and he was robbed of many valuable possessions. This morning Dump has put out an ad in the paper promising a reward to anyone who could retrieve his stolen items.

Mission Name: The Yeti
Planet: Namek
Difficulty: Hard
Requirements: None
Rewards: 10 TP’s, 1000 Zenni

Description: A local farmer’s crops have recently been being destroyed late at night while he sleeps. Although the other farmers call him crazy, he swears the destruction of his crops is done at the hands of a giant “man like ape” that comes down from the mountains at night and destroys everything in its path. The farmer has grown desperate and is now offering a reward to anyone brave enough to wait at his farm and stop the so called “Yeti” from causing any more damage to his already ruined farm.

Description: Local-folk lure says that in the deep trenches of one of the few unexplored oceans of Namek resides a vicious sea serpent which has made lunch of all who have ever been foolish enough to investigate the legend. But something like that's probably just an old wives tale, right?

Description: At a local bar you run into an irate father, his anger comes from the fact that his only daughter is about to marry a man whom he deems unworthy. In his own words “father knows best” and he has offered you deal. If his daughter’s fiancé “mysterious disappears” before the wedding, there might just be a little something in it for you.

Mission Name: Sniper Attack!
Planet: Vegeta-sei
Difficulty: Easy
Requirements: None
Rewards: 4 TP's, 700 Zeni

Description: Saiyan’s are being killed in broad daylight by a sniper. The unknown shooter has left no evidence at all and has evaded all search parties to date. All that is known is that this shooter is picking of strong male Saiyan’s at no particular time of day or night, and is killing them in the street in plain sight of everyone around. The weapon has been identified as a Ki Sniper Rifle.
The shooter obviously does not want to be found, and will not go down without a fight, caution is advised if going after the shooter.

I couldn't find any quests on Vegeta, so if this one is ok I'd love to do it, I can fit it into my current role-play.

Description: A call for help has gone out to all Z warriors! Earth's countryside is being ravaged by a rogue fighter with superhuman levels of strength and speed. What limited contact there has been suggests that this creature greatly resembles some of the strongest warriors in the known universe. Earth's military is greatly interested in where this being might have come from. Use extreme caution.

Completing the quest "Dark Tidings" unlocks the next quests, which anyone can do. The source of the renegade warriors is revealed, setting into motion several events.

Quest Title: A Shield of Stars
Planet: Space
Requirements: Minimum combined base PL: 2,000,000
Difficulty: Moderate
Rewards: 5-20 TP, depending on quality of writing. +20% bonus for every additional participating player beyond the first, to a maximum of +100%.

Description: The trail of the rogue warrior leads back to one central location: an immense fortress located in the frozen wastes of the north, protected from all directions by a massive force field. The power for this device is beamed in by microwave from an orbiting station high above the Earth. This facility must be taken out before any assault can be made. Beware: the station is guarded by a powerful woman warrior codenamed Captain Red.

Quest Title: Some Say In Fire

Requirements: Minimum combined base PL: 3,000,000
Difficulty: Hard
Rewards: 5-20 TP, depending on quality of writing. +20% bonus for every additional participating player beyond the first, to a maximum of +100%.

Description: The Earth is under attack! Fearing the loss of the element of surprise after the defeat of their creation in the country side, those responsible for the creature's creation have launched a full-scale assault on the planet. Fleets of spacecraft tangle in the empty heavens while tanks and artillery turn the land into a scorched memory of what it once was. Highly-disciplined duplicates of the creature found in Dark Tidings operate under the command of a devastatingly intelligent Commander Blue. Your job is simple: dismantle as much of the invading army as you can and defeat Commander Blue.

Description: Earth's intelligence agencies have discovered the source of the mutated warriors: a deceptively ordinary factory sequestered away from civilization. Within its high-tech belly, the DNA of the Z warriors are used to creature horrific amalgams of the greatest fighters in the universe. Created by the callous Doctor Green, they fuel the front lines of the enemy war effort. Taking out their production facility will be crucial to a swift victory.

Completing the quests "A Shield of Stars", "Some Say In FIre", and "Franken-science" unlocks the next and final quest: the assault on the enemy's headquarters itself.

Quest Title: The Day Before Doomsday
Planet: Earth
Requirements: Minimum combined base PL: 8,000,000. Minimum players: 3.
Difficulty: Very Hard
Rewards: 7-30 TP, depending on quality of writing. +10% bonus for every additional participating player beyond the first, to a maximum of +100%.

Difficulty: The army has been pushed back and is in disarray. The source of the DNA Warriors has been destroyed. The shield protecting the headquarters of the enemy has been neutralized. There is only one final step: storming the enemy's home and bringing he/she/it to justice. The task ahead is difficult - bringing friends is a must for success - there are no second chances against Lord Black.
