Ki Control - 5 XP - The user can focus and control their internal ki. Most commonly this is done through beams, or blasts, or some kinds of barriers. This is required for an external manifestation of ki.

Hey I would like to know if the above technique allows your character to shoot basic Ki attacks, like a small blast of Ki energy. Or do you need to buy an attack like "Ki Blast" to shoot even small basic ki blats?
