I saw somewhere that techniques were made so that they were not suppose to cancel each other out. So I am wondering two things:
Can a scouter pick up the position of someone using stealth?
Can Ki Sense pick up the position of someone using Stealth?

Both Scouters and Ki Sense can detect the ki of someone with Stealth.
The Stealth Ability only hides a person's physical form. It does nothing to hide their ki.

So they could tell if I was in the area... But could they pin point my exact location?
IE: Say Player A has either one. and they are looking for Nova and he has stealth activated. Could they know if Nova was 10 feet in front of them? Or do they just notice that the warrior is in the general area?

Scouter would be able to detect the general area. Ki Sense would be able to be more accurate.

Still, if you play around, I think Ki sense and scouters can be beaten to allow some sneakery fun. One of the more straightforward ways would be the split body technique or whatever it's called. Split into a bunch of your character, break line of site with the sense/scouter person, and rush them from every side. Before you hit, have all the forms collapse into one that's coming from an angle behind the person and have fun times.
Other ideas I've had involved creating Ki focus points with Psychokinesis that I could move(sort of a branch from the original idea of range explosions with psychokinesis) and register as a Ki signature, again breaking line of sight, and, say, having one of the Ki pools move towards the target to startle them, and other such things. Then, of course, there's just attacking fast enough that you don't give a shit if they know you're coming because they can't stop you.

There are definitely ways to trick people. Nothing is absolute.
EDIT: In my RPs, Kaden misses people moving around all the time despite his Ki Sense.

I am great with moves....
I have a few Great moves...in idea... to give a little fuck up with KS and Scouter... Leading off of Oriole's Idea which I had ideas before i posted.... I mean IM thinking Stealth Ideas.. and because of Kaden using Neji.... I already have getting Body Split and Stealth and Telepathy... If I need... to get the Shadow type Recon Clone... To do Recon and poof =D

Well You knew of him... and your initial shit is the Hyuga's Byakugan...
You knew of it, as you used 2-3 or more of the Hyuga Clans tech's. You have a few unique's.
But I assume you made KS an actual ability and not a Tech because you had an aforementioned idea about this... If I said it wrong.... I meant you thought out... lol.... THat our were gonna go after the Dragon balls over and over again... or something...
But... I dont care... I'd be the first to tell you that the way you have used KS... is unique.. and I'm glad to see it. It Made me try to use... Naruto...... Soundwave.... and Bodysplit and shit all in one....

You could claim Kaden copied any number of sources, though. Or that anybody copied pretty much anything.
Hell, you could argue Kaden's version of ki sense is just an abstraction of Infected Sight from Prototype.
Point is, everything's been done in some fashion or another. It's inevitable that it resembles one thing or another.

Meh I only watched a few... anime's... so i dont know Prototype...
But still....I think the Shadow Clone used as a Recon unit is kick ass...sorta... Using Telpathy and Body split... would be similair to it you know? I got some good fodder with it personally whenI do it... as long as its alloud with a custom move... =P
