I just got a new comp and all my old PS resources and such are gone and I don't feel like going through the work of getting everything back. So, I was wondering if one of you guys could whip something up for me. I dont really have any specs, just have the name on there and the pic, the rest is up to you.

I want to use sean patrick flannery (right) from boondock saints, I figure the first pic is better cause its vectored and looks more cartoonish...but yeah something along those lines.
Any takers?
