I'd like to bring a couple of changes to your attention. First on the list is starting XP. It has been bumped up from 5 to 10. Now don't kill us. This is an attempt to give newer generation members a better foothold when they start. Second on the list is regarding the ability Mimic. You are no longer forced to Mimic an ability from a player. You may conduct a quest of your own accord of medium to hard difficulty. Upon completing this quest you will be allowed to Mimic the ability for that of which you've quested from an NPC.
Note: The quest you set out on will be for a predetermined ability of your choosing. So the format would be "Questing for [Insert Ability Here]."
Summary:
Amendment 8/7 - Purchasing Power Training from the technique list now completely replenishes your PP to full.
Amendment 8/23 - Added a new technique called Sound Manipulation. It costs 25 XP.

Summary:
- Starting XP up from 5 to 10
- Mimic users can quest for the opportunity to Mimic other abilites.
Amendment 8/7 - Purchasing Power Training from the technique list now completely replenishes your PP to full.
Amendment 8/23 - Added a new technique called Sound Manipulation. It costs 25 XP.
Quote:Sound Manipulation - Your character is attuned to the subtle vibrations of sound waves. Through concentration, he/she can manipulate those waves in various ways, including magnifying them, deadening or cancelling them, and diverting them from one place to another. The expert Sound Manipulator is a master of psychological tricks in combat, while the out-of-combat applications are legion. The Sound Manipulator cannot manipulate sound as effectively as someone with the Wind Ki ability.

Fighting to the bitter end is an advantage when your opponent does not wish to perish.
