As of the end of Hosu's Attack, Belle no longer has Foresight. Not sure if one just locks it or if it's fine to remove it entirely. Waiting on an answer as to whether an ability switch could be paid for at the RoSaT's prices but NOT actually having to be RP'd as the RoSaT.
