Jax is supposed to be that guy. The guy that rivals Tryndamere, and a wtf ever Yi. Just a different style.

This is Jax and this is what they want him to be. Hes susceptible to huge bursts with out defense... but if you can't kill him in that burst...then chances are you are SoL to take a second shot.

If you can show me a post by them that says "We intend for Jax to be completely unbeatable 1v1", then I'll give you some credibility, since you keep saying that's what he's intended to be. The most I've seen is that they want him to be a good duelist, but that's a farcry from "is intended to win all duels".

I point out the top duelist thing from hie lore and what they said in the patch. And Jax was my first love. He was the guy I main'd when I actually first started playing with the group...

You have to remember, I am pretty much the lowest caliber of LoL summoners as far as Chubbs is concerned... Aside from those that don't play... I actually think I am the lowest.

And I said 'rivals'... not 'wins all'. Skill and scenarios will always be factors.

But when I post, I sually post wanting to read what the next person/people say soI can try and better myself or learn something for it.

Yes/no I think the range on the Rune Prison and Leap Strike are about the same so if Jax can get midair before the root then he should be rooted right in front of Ryze.

It's about the same base CD, yeah. Ryze reduces CDs every time he casts a spell.
