Chatter Box ico Mole

Okay, so I understand we don't want to big the Chatter Box down, but is okay if Mole players discuss the game in the chatbox, at least sometimes? I mean, if the chatbox is quiet, and nobody is discussing Chubbs, it'd help a lot in terms of communication and activity in the game to be able to use it.
