I cannot stress enough how well you guys really did. You worked together, got the job done. It just wasn't good enough.

With that said, one of you will be fired by the end of this meeting.

-Who should be fired? Why would this person not make a good staff member?

I honestly think everyone did a great job, and the only criteria I have for firing someone would be their veteranship. The people who haven't been here for a long time "shouldn't" be first in line to get an Admin position, just because they haven't been around long enough to truly see the inner workings of chubbs. With that said, I still think everyone showed a lot of effort and did an amazing job... but I'm going to have to go with: Kid Buu, again, not due to actual quality of work.

Probably Krillin

-Why do you feel you lost? What could have been done to fix it?

I honestly don't know why we lost. I think it just had to do with personal preference between the admins, and for that, it was just a chance thing.

-How was Krillin as a leader?

Krillin was pretty good, although I am a bit disappointed he removed some of my rewards for certain quests. I thought it would have been an interesting addition to be able to gain "ranks" on planets based on what you do on them. Hey, if you saved the planet from destruction, don't you think that the people on the planet would like you a lot more? Besides that, he was an excellent TA. A little paranoid about things getting done on time, but none-the-less, he did an excellent job.

Android 20 - Had some great ideas and got his stuff done timely

Gohan - I thought he could have done a little bit better with descriptions of the quests, but still did a good job.

Kid Buu - I think he gave away a lot of zeni, while not giving out that many TP's. None-the-less, interesting quests.

Krillin - Team Admin - Did an amazing organizational job, and put in a lot of work on his own quests.

Metal Koola - I'm not going to judge my own work, that's for other people to do, but I would have liked to see my rankings make it into the final draft. I did my work, and got it in on time.

Tapion - Did a great job making descriptive interesting quests, althoug again, I felt the zeni/tp ratio was a little off here too.

Android 20- Was gone but his quests were ok.
Gohan- Did very well.
Kid Buu- Great, critiqueing (sp?) everything and helping out, but it seems he was trying a little too hard and I think that showed...
Krillin - Team Admin- Awesome. He was great as a leader and organized it and listened to people's idea.
Metal Koola- Did fine, it was ok that he posted later tahn everybody else because we had so much time, still very well done.
Tapion- I think I did a pretty good job, especailly on the fact that I would have picked up slacking work if somebody didn't post.

Personally, I think they all did absolutly wonderful. I think Kid Buu is actually trying a little too hard, and it shows. I would say Android 20 but he got his stuff done, and the bad thing was we did it before he posted so he couldn't do it at maximum effeciantcy. I am going with Kid Buu, also, I like what MK said. It's true, I don't think people who are new here would be the best choice because, you learn over time and I think he still has some more learning to do. I'm not saying he was bad to work hard, but I think he was doing a little too many things and it just bugged the hell out of me...

Strongest Link....This is hard actually. I don't want to be egotistical at all but I think I was. I do think Krillen did a great job putting it together, but the fact that I did some of 20's quests and was ready to do the rest of them and/or Frost quests if they didn't post shows that I am a strong player, and I also think I was one of the most creative, besides for Krillen and his Frost quest I think, I forgot which one.

-Why do you feel you lost? What could have been done to fix it?

I think we lost because the staff were too lazy or bored to read through all of our work. I think if they read through all of it, they would have liked it. I personally feel that we should have won, but that's beside the point. Maybe we didn't have too many big things, but, that wasn't really one of the things that were being being graded from what I read, it doesn't matter. They bested us. End of story.

Actually. Now that I think of it; I think it was because we all felt rushed. We hurried and didn't want to go over the dead line and finished like 11 hours earlier than needed. I think if we took more time, we would have done better.


-How was Krillin as a leader?

Great. I can't wait for him to lead again, he was well organized and I felt that he knew what he was doing. Very well done. Just one thing, I think he was the one that made us feel rushed. At least, I felt rushed because he wanted the Frost and Namek quests done because MK and 20 didn't post.

Tapion, I read your guys' quests, I partially read some of them because to me they were bland, and we were grading over creativity, so don't say that I was lazy or bored, because I spent a good hour reading through all those quests when I could have just lied and voted randomly.

Everyone on the Team did an amazing job. The only person I really see that did little to no support for the rest of the Team was Metal Koola and Gohan. Both did their assigned tasks, but they didn't provide much criticism for other's tasks. Kid Buu did seem a little over zealous at times, but I certainly am not going to fault him for it.

-Who is the strongest link?

Again, everyone on the Team did a great job. But, I feel that Tapion and Kid Buu deserve some special recognition. Tapion stepped up when necessary, and gave us an Introduction. Kid Buu did a lot of fixing to the final project, and provided plenty of good criticism. Both of them were strong links for this team.

-Why do you feel you lost? What could have been done to fix it?

Part of the problem was my drive to finish early. Because of the early deadline, it might've been tough to get on the computer in time and put together the final project. It was better to rush a bit, than to submit a half-finished Quest List. I didn't want to take the risk.

Also, I think a lack of creativity did us in. While some submitted great Quests, others were a bit rough. Still, I know we did a fine job.

-How was Krillin as a leader?

Kinda awkward for me to answer this, but I will anyway. I think I did a decent job, fulfilling the requirements, and making sure things were done correctly. I was perhaps a little too swift on the editing process (as with Metal Koola's submissions), but I made sure I had good reason to beforehand.

Android 20- While I don't think this directly correlated to our loss, I feel like I didn't do very well on this assignment. I'm just not an incredibly creative person. The best idea I could come up with was the Chili cookoff. The rest of the team helped me out with the Namek quests, partially because I was moving a bit too slow I guess. I guess I did my job decently, but I don't believe it affected the outcome.

Gohan- He did his tasks quickly, efficiently and well and I can't really come up with many complaints other than he didn't offer comments as to how to improve our final product.

Kid Buu- Great job, he really stepped it up, even if he was a bit over-zealous. But that's not a bad thing. Striving to do the most you can and then some is always a good quality, and I think he did very well.

Krillin - Team Admin- Incredible job. Really. (the reasoning behind this is posted below)

Metal Koola- He also did his task well, even though he scared us for a bit. I find nothing wrong with what he did other than that, and that is not a fault. He did a good job in my opinion.

Tapion- Very good job. He helped me out with the Namek quests some, and he offered comments on how to make our product better. He was another valuable addition to this team.

Wow... this is ridiculously difficult. Everyone did their tasks efficiently and creatively in my opinion. I don't know why Kid Buu has been on some people's list of weak links, he did a lot of work for the team. He gave tons of comments on how to improve the final product, and did a lot of the grammar and spell-checking. But, if I had to go with one person... I'm afraid I'd have to go with Gohan. I don't think there was really anything wrong with what he did, it's just what he didn't do. I realize his problems with being in a different time zone, but he still could have posted a few comments.

-Who is the strongest link?

Krillen. He did an incredible job in my opinion, and it blows my mind as to how we lost. He did a ton of work, had really creative ideas and was a good team supporter. Following him was KB, because he really helped the team out along the way.

-Why do you feel you lost? What could have been done to fix it?

I have absolutely no idea why we lost. Some of the staff said it was because the rewards were too low... I had always thought that the rewards posted on the quest page were the MINIMUM you could get for finishing the quest.

Other staff members thought our ideas weren't that creative. I guess that we could have racked our brains a little harder to come up with original ideas, but ultimately, I'm starting to see a pattern as to why close losses occur. In my opinion, I have noticed that whichever team comes up with the nicest looking presentation will usually win. It has always been a deciding factor. I thought ours was very well organized and easy to read, but I guess Aggro just beat us with that. Maybe we just lack that aesthetic flair =(

-How was Krillin as a leader?

He did an incredible job. He worked hard, gave input, encouraged us, and got everything organized very well. I'd give him a 9.5 out of 10.

He was the latest in getting his work in, and I only think he should have posted sooner to the team that he was in fact working on them.

I don't think this should necessarily be held against him, though. There was no reason for him to think that he should submit it early. While I preferred it that way, it would've been perfectly fine under normal circumstances to take a bit more time.
