<p><font face="Verdana" size="1" color="#FFFFFF"> There
are two sets of Dragonballs in the Universe. An Earth set and a Namekian
set.<br>
As soon as you have collected all 7 of one set, you can call out the Dragon
and ask for <b>1</b> wish.<br>

<br>
<b>How can you collect Dragonballs? </b><br>
<li>Dragonballs are given out for exceptional roleplaying, and saga rewards. <br>
<li>For your character to <i>find</i> a Dragonball, they must have a <b>Dragon Radar</b>. <br>
<br>
<br>
<br>
Here are the options you can wish for when you have collected all the
Dragonballs from one set:<br>
<br>
<li>Everyone in your alliance can learn an basic Technique(Ki Sense(3)) <br>
<li>One person can learn any Technique. (Teleportation, Fusion, etc.) <br>
<li>One person in the alliance can get a next level Powerup Technique. You Will
NOT need the Stat and Ki requirements. <br>
<li>One person in the alliance can get one item, unlimited cost. So Androids can
get an Android Upgrade or RAGE. Though you need an Android Upgrade to get an
<b>activated</b> RAGE Upgrade. If you already bought the RAGE, it gets activated.
Humans for example can wish for the Enhanced Bio Armor. <br>
<li>Everyone in your alliance can get 3,000 Zeni. <br>
<li>You can wish for more power. Everyone in your alliance gets +15 to ALL
stats. <br>
<li>The wishes above are merely suggestions, you may wish for anything as long
as it is <b>cleared by the staff</b>.<br>
