Ok After Image is pretty much used by anyone, it isn't Instant Transmission, it's just quick movement to confuse the target. I'm sure you understand that. It doesn't need to be a best move.

That second move is too much like Spirit Bomb, you may use Spirit Ball:

Spirit Ball - This attack was first used by Yamcha against Shen at the 23rd Tenkaichi Budoukai. It resembles Goku's Spirit Bomb, but does not feed of the life of the planet. Yamcha gathers the energy for the attack in a ball, in one hand, and grips his wrist with the other. The attack is then hurled like a ball at the opponent, and can be made to home in on the opponent.

Anything that takes sirrounding energy is, in my opinion, too much like spirit bomb.

The third attack is fine if you want to make it custom, called Ki Punch. Just write up a description about it, like "Torbie does so and so with his ki and yadda yadda." You can make them all custom like that so long as they aren't overpowered or similar to a technique on our site.
