Appearance
Kid Buu looks wholly unlike any other creature in the known universe save for one: his rival Super Buu. He is not very tall, perhaps only as much as a human child nearing his teenage years, but any similarity stops there. Completely pink, the majin's skin is made out of a rubber-putty sentient material known as 'puttalin'. This almost magical material has been hammered into an overly simplistic face that looks like it might have been created by a coked up Da Vinci, one without a nose and with coal black eyes set behind glowing red irises. He has no hair - only a small tentacle like appendage with a slightly bulbous end that sweeps back emerges from his skull. He wears no shirt, only a pair of heavy looking bracers over an anomalously swollen set of forearms. A black belt is secured loosely around his waist with a golden buckle, the elaborate letter 'M' scrawled across its surface. His pants are white, light and airy - 'poofy' - and tucked into a pair of uncomfortable looking boots that sound not unlike solid rock when clacking across the ground.
Personality
Incredibly aggressive, it's would not be a stretch to say that Kid Buu acts more like a wild beast than anyone with a true personality. A being who appears to be dominated almost entirely by whim, Kid Buu is a child that - feeling snubbed by the universe and his own creator - nonetheless possesses almost God-like powers and will use them in any way possible to get people to pay attention and to recognize him - even if it means being cruel. This need to be recognized stems from his abandonment at the hands of Bibidi for a better, more 'powerful' product: Super Buu. Super Buu and Kid Buu have met, and although the latter has stopped trying to kill the former at every chance he gets, the younger Buu still harbors an almost frightening need to surpass Supes, one that dominates his life, for the rivalry is all he has left of his past.
Possible Reactions
Kid Buu originally entered into the competition not to win money and fame, but as a way to pass the time until his trip into deep space. However, now that he has been placed on the same team as Super Buu, the child majin will do anything possible to outdo his older counterpart, leading him to sometimes make drastic and reckless decisions that might endanger himself or others.
Relationships
Minoshia - Kid Buu does not like him, but stops just short of hating him. The two calls against the Konat are causing the death of Seventeen - an act which irritated Buu severely at the time - and the fact that he regards Minoshia as an even more unthinking beast than he, perhaps to the point of being insane. As such, it is unlikely that Kid Buu will ever trust him.
Super Buu - Tense. Kid Buu is intensely competitive with him even on the best of days, and outright hostile on the worst. Kid Buu sees Super Buu as a personal obstacle to overcome, someone he must surpass in order to validate himself. Perhaps most infuriating to him is the fact that Super Buu does not seem to recognize him as a real rival, despite his fierce struggle. Although he would not admit it, he longs to be acknowledged by Super Buu more than anything else.
Android 17 - Kid Buu has an awkward relationship with the leader of Civil Unrest. During DA2006, Seventeen sacrificed his life in order to save his comrades, Kid Buu among them. How anyone could sacrifice themselves for others, espescially for him, is something that puzzles Buu to this day. Consequently, he is often unsure how to react around the android.
Jackie Chun - Met him in DA2006, but did not interact with him much. He knows little about the white-haired martial artist, and does not care to.
Fighting Style
Although his animalisitc manner might suggest otherwise, Kid Buu is possessed with what some might call a beastial intelligence. He is very 'tricky', and utilizes the deformable quality of his body to its fullest extent. Most common is his usage of the Four-Arms Technique, a special move that allows him to - surprise! form two arms below his normal pair. He uses this to both attack and defend at the same time, or to double his attacks if necessary. Another favorite tactic is to charge up a ki blast with two arms while immobilizing his opponent's hands with the others, following up immediately with a point-blank release of ki that is virtually undefendable. Another is shoving his rubbery limb down his opponent's throat and firing inside their body, as he once did to Super Buu.
On top of his 'dirty' tactics, Kid Buu is an extremely determined opponent. He has been known to take energy blasts that would kill most ordinary fighters and get back up moments later from sheer will alone.
