Bardock is running close to missing two days since he returned. This is a problem since I don't even have emergency powers anymore. I will be sending messages tonight as a general and NPCs can decline. Plus Yamcha's unit stagnates because no one can promote e a new general.
But by tomorrow I want to know. Who should our next leader be.
I'll do it, and work as hard as I've been, but only if you want me up there.

I merely want to have someone in charge that gives this army the best chance to win. If Bardock was more "into" it, he'd be the man, but he isn't. However, with that said, I am not fully prepared to give up on the guy yet.
On another note, even though Yamcha stepped down, I can still manage things as the interim leader of the unit.

then you realize that with each day he isn't here, and we can't move... then we fall behind of each and every army.

I am pretty sure you can move your own units, and the NPC units are almost all stationed inside United limits, so they're safe, and they still give us adequate protection. Also, no one is even concerned about us. The Outcast army must first get through Dante; Syntech Corp. is preoccupied with the destruction of Dante; Dante Forces are our allies.
While we're at it, I recommend that you (GJ) try to siege Syntech's stronghold while all of their PCs are off fighting Dante. It's just a suggestion though.

What about Outcasts.
We can't forget them, being our neighbors

As far as I'm concerned, all of the NPCs respect and listen to Garlic because he acted as Second in Command before, and I can't see anything that caused that to change.

I thought that Outcasts were Blue. If they're yellow, then we should create a front along our northern border and fortify it to the best of our abilities.

It would be wise to create some type of defensive wall or whatnot to our north to protect us from the outcasts, which will attack us; it's just a matter of time.
