It's actually a game for the PC, fuck the console one.

But anywho, it's a puzzle game, try to get from the start to finish only using the portals. You have to sometimes solve puzzles like how to open this door, how to get past guards, how to open a door with your cube, etc.

No, there's nothing to really blow up.

You can open portals beneath guards and have them fly around, but that's probably closest to what you're asking about.


Try youtubing portal and watching the videos.

It's more of a three-hour demo to showcase the portal dynamic and not a full game.

The portal is just so imbalanced they couldn't put it into the HL franchise or a multiplayer game, so they tacked it onto the Orange Box with new HL2 expansions and TF2. It's really fun and funny, but the idea is limited. If they release a new map package or a Portal 2 then I'm not going to bother with it - there's nothing new they can do except stick the portal gun into a real game.

Could you imagine Portal Gun in TF2?

Open a portal on the floor outfront of the opening gate and have the exit point be toward the enegineer's sentry guns with like 3 of them facing a corner for the exit point.

Heavy Guns would never be able to leave spawn. XD
