OOC shouldn't affect IC. Simple as that. Things that do bug me. Granted, there are things that do affect IC, but I don't support them

Burter im pretty sure thats not what he was talking about. in any way. I think he meant like whoa cuz i made a rad ass sig i got 50 toma points! for 50 toma pouts i can buy a new title for my avie or i can buy a sig from like Nail, who can be the siggy point guy or something. I don't think he meant OOC points for buying shit in the IC.
