Name: Android 16 (Commonly called Sixteen)
Height: 7' 5''
Weight: 300 lbs
Race: Android (Synthetic Human)
Appearance: Sixteen stands straight with excellent posture, rarely showing emotion, except during extremely strenuous situations. Since the incident of the Spirit Bombs during the invasion of the Red Stallions, Sixteen now has a human like appearance, still keeping his basic body type but without the armor. The only thing that would make you think he was not in fact a human would be the marks on his arms where his cannons are hidden by his removable forearms. He commonly wears jeans and a tight black undershirt, occaisonally donning his leather jacket for flair.
Personality: He is considered the strong silent type, as he rarely speaks unless already spoken to. He is very level headed and will not randomly attack as all of his moves are precise and timed. He rarely shows emotion, though he is starting to get more into his human aspect.
Background: How and why Sixteen was created is still a mystery.

Moves:
Hell's Flash
Sixteen removes his detachable arm(s) in some way (Usually crossing his arms, pinning them to his sides and pulling or tricking his opponents into doing it for him). He then proceeds to charge the cannon(s) with ki until sufficiently powered up. He releases the blast with devestating results uttering the phrase 'Hell's Flash!', this attack is used primarily as a scare tactic as it is easy enough to dodge.
Final Flash
Sixteen stands with his legs spread, feet around 1 1/2 feet apart, leaning backward slightly. He extends his arms to their full extent, left arm extended left, right extended right. Next he moves both of his arms toward each other, wrists meeting directly in front of his chest, arms still extended, fingers curled as if clutching an invisible orb (fingers not touching). He powers up a ki blast the size of a volley ball and announces the words 'Final Flash!'. Extremely powerful and excellent for a finishing move.
Kamehameha Wave
The Android stands as he would when charging Final Flash, only his feet being slightly closer together. He moves his hands to his right side, at his hip, right hand facing forward, left facing backward. The attack is charged for a small while, until about the size of a basketball usually a sky blue color, though it can be a yellow or red color depending on the strength. The attack can either be charged quickly and fired, uttering the word "Kamehameha!" or charged slowly and for a longer length of time, saying the attack one sylable at a time, "Ka...Me...Ha...Me....HA!" with the emphasis on the last sylable. The latter being more powerful.
Circuit Breaker
Sixteen draws from his internal Ki reserves and super-charges one particular area of his body (the one he intends to attack with, usually a fist or foot) with Ki until it is sufficiently saturated. He then unleashes a savage blow, announcing the phrase 'Curcuit Breaker!'. The resulting event is an explosion and a shockwave, knocking back any surrounding enemies. The size and ferocity of the explosion and shockwave are directly preportional to the amount of Ki utilized.

The being known as Android Seventeen leads the troop of warriors known only as Civil Unrest. Highly respected by the larger android, Seventeen is a both a friend and an ally Sixteen, the latter doing all he can whenever he is called upon.
Super Buu
Sixteen first met the rubbery Majin warrior unconscious on the cold marble of Dende's lookout, helping to persuade Zanshin to leave the Bio-Puttalin to train. The robotic warrior has helped him out of a few scrapes, including the near death battle with the possessed Piccolo. Buu is seen by Sixteen as a rash but very strong ally, though he may be a tad childish at times.
Piccolo
Sixteen knows little of this Namekian, only that he is immensely powerful and that his is a great friend of Android Seventeen. Sixteen got a taste of his power first hand in the Gravity Chamber with Super Buu, and again when the Spirit Bombs descended upon the Red Stallions. Though Sixteen was hesitant after the possession ordeal, he trusts the Namekian.
Kirano
The blonde haired human Kirano was first met by Sixteen during the battle of the Red Stallions, teaming up with his ally for a bit during the beginning phase of the battle. Kirano likes to play the hero, stepping into certain situations which he probably shouldn't. Despite this, Sixteen has respect for the human.
Violet
Having only met the purple haired female warrior near the climax of the Red Stallions battle, and leaving shortly after, Sixteen knows little of this woman other than that she is a good ally in battle. She shows great skill with a dagger and seems to have a dormant energy within her.
Frieza
As with most of his other aquaintances, Sixteen knows little of this changeling prince, only that he is affiliated with Civil Unrest. Using elemental attacks such as 'Wind Waker', he puts up an impressive fight in battle.

Through training and persistence, Sixteen has learned to sense the existance of Ki in the surrounding area, also giving him a vague idea of how strong an opponent is.
