Battle Charger-5,000 Zeni - Now, because of increasing powers of other warriors, Capsule corporation has created the next generation in battle tech. This little armlet, when activated, will increase your ki a whopping 500,000 points. This increase in power will last 30 minutes, and after use requires a one week charging period. The Battle Charger is included in your Max Ki. Note: Be sure to check out the upgrades for this item

That 500,000 points, does it get added onto your Ki level as well as max, or is it just on the max level?

It's only added onto your max ki, and yes, it is shown in your roster under your "Accessories" list.

It also manifests itself (by it, I mean the extra ki) by italicizing your max ki (hold you mouse over the number to get the character's max ki when the battle charger is inactive). Look at my roster for an example of what I mean =)

Edit: The postbits are also italicized if the person has a battle charger (or any type of supplementary item that increases their max ki). =D Once again, look at mine for an example and note what happens when you hover your mouse over my ki reading.
