I have been wondering about this for a few days now so I decided asking wouldn't hurt. I noticed in one thread that someone had declared OOC that their technique had finally been activate and in Reijin's user title it says 'SSJ2 Enabled'. What does that mean? Have they earned the techniques but just haven't met the stat requirements and they were 'activated' when they met them?
Thanks in advance to whoever decides to answer this.

Quite often, after earning a technique, people will put their character through a training process, of sorts, before they have their character exhibit any sort of control over the ability. It generally has nothing to do with stats.
For example, Rad has the "shapechange" technique. However, in character, Raditzu has no idea how to control it and has only used it a couple of times on accident. At some point I had planned on having Rad "learn" to control the ability. Technically, however, I could just randomly say Rad woke up and had mastered shapechanging; doesn't make a whole lot of sense IC, but is completely ok from an OOC stand-point.
I can't really say anything about why Reijin made "SSJ2 Enabled" his user title, though I wasn't under the impression that it had anything to do with his character. I thought Rei had been using SSJ2 for a while, though he could tell you a lot better than I can.

Also, no, my SSJ2 Enabled thing is there mostly b/c I was experimenting with something and just haven't changed it.

Sorry about that, bro. Won't happen again.
Edit: Thank you for clearing that up for me, both of you.
