Rules regarding dragonballs

Can someone refresh my memory? What are the rules in regards to searching for the Dragonballs?

First of all, you need a dragon radar or ki sense three to search for one.

Other than that, you just need to roleplay really well when searching for one, and when you think you've done enough, you can ask the staff to take a look at your thread.

In the past, they have sometimes been given out as saga prizes.
