Short Bio: Belle has lived in the forest and mountains - sometimes alone, sometimes with his father - for almost all of his life. As a consequence he has very little experience with the modern world, and even less with women (whom he is terrified of). He appeared briefly during the Construct's assault on Earth and disappeared after it's defeat. Months later he resurfaced under the care of an aging dojo master on the outskirts of Coast City and began a quest to obtain the legendary Dragonballs.
General Description: Hibiki is tall for his age, standing a little over six feet in height. His skin is deeply tanned from a life of outdoor living, which contrasts oddly with his fiery head of hair. He is muscled like a character out of a superhero comic book, but not grossly so. He attire typically consists of a black tank top and dark, deep blue pants. Both garments are baggy, frayed, and in bad need of patching in some areas.
