Ok, Reijin.... Looks like Sasuke from Naruto, similar to my sig (I edited the hair to black instead of the off black I had in the pic, and I changed the bandana to red). I'll post a description of him if you want, whenever I find it.

Description:

Short spikey black hair (sorta like Hworang's new hair on Tekken 4)
Bandana around head
Black eyes
Tight leather gloves with metal knuckles (can be cut at fingers)
No sleeved ripped jacket (ripped to a vest shape)
Tight black shirt (can have slashes in it)
Saiya-jin fighting pants (like a camo type cargo pants, similar to Trunks's type)
Boots (again like Trunks)
Saiya-jin tail

Personality:
Only about early 20's, can't remember.
Arrogant, Narcissistic, Intellegent.
Wants to return the Saiya-jin race to its prime. Disgustsed at what has become of it.

As a baby he was sent to the planet Yardrat to destroy it. He was a very intellegent boy, although power hungry, and upon awakening was discovered by the Gaean warrior Kasumi. She had been training there, learning the technique of Shunken Idou. She agreed to teach Reijin, and he eagerly learned. She never could sense his evil, covered by his childish innocence. The people of Yardrat could sense it in him though. Finally, they went with fear to tell Kasumi. Reijin met them at the door, informing them that Kasumi was no longer there. They crouched back, and he smirked, promising that he would return one day to destroy them. He then grasped the ki of Future Trunks, whom he had sensed visit there (during the whole endless Saki-ho saga), who was the one who's prescense reminded him that it was time to act. He teleported. The people of Yardrat went in to discover Kasumi nearly dead, drained of her power so that even their healing would take a long time. He appeared on Earth while Future and Chibi Trunks were sparring.

Since then he had a fling with Videl in the Earth thread, and (after Amy quit as Videl) went to Mercy-sei. Read my posts there for a character idea.
