Ok guys... New staff it is... I got permission to make one.

Here's what we need. People we can trust. They will have full staff access. No nominating yourself, and please don't pull that "Friends all vote for me" crap. We need people we can trust.

Nominate those that you think will do well, but also know this... Do not use your permission to bully people, or threaten to ban them whenever you have a bad day, or other crap. I've seen some people do stuff like that, and I don't want that here. We will be fair.

When we get this straight, then we'll take a poll vote on the members that will join from the nominees.

I'm doing what I can guys, work with me.

Nominating yourself is allowed, but not without a damn good reason. I don't want fifteen people all voting for themselves.

If someone has just joined or never posts or something and then goes "Ooh ooh, I wanna be staff!" I'm just gonna laugh...

So how many new staff members are you making? If you pick too many you'll have more staff than actual RPing members. Nobody vote for me, because I don't give a shit. I think you already have more staff than active members, but the number of active members out numbers the number of active staff. This seems like a last ditch effort if you ask me, or you could look at it like trying to restart. Anyways, good luck with that.

Haha, jk... although I did run a pretty good rpg back in the day (I think 17 would agree with me)

but my votes go to 17 and 18 because they're friendly and active.

I don't think they would be the type to do personal attacks on other members because they had the power to do so.

I say 17 and Cell and I, I know 17 gets a little busy, but he is can get very deticated and I've worked with him on another RPG before. The reason I say myself, is because well, I've been here for a good while and I'm on most of the time. I'm staff on SH, so you know I'm deticated and quick with updates and the lot. I'm nice when I'm not being attacked, like by someone *coughcough* I'd never give out information, you know that Reijin, since the whole Billy thing. I'm creative, I can make sagas, or try to. I say Cell because so far he's doing a good job as sub staff, making a saga and all. So that's where I put my votes.

18, I'm probably going to give you a chance. I know you do work hard. But you are also right about another thing. I have seen you in staff positions on other sites. What I don't want is for you to "have a bad day" and spaz out or threaten to ban someone for a simple font color, or threaten to quit every other week. I know you work hard, but you and I both know that too many times you have to attribute taking someone's head off to "having a bad day." If you can keep that under control, then I'd be alright with it.

Not quite so soon. I think we should give people time to notice activity and play it out. If it continues for a long period of time with an absense, then we'll do a pulse check of a sorts after a time, but not immediately, no.

Also, to let you know. The new staff will be full staff, but I am going to be in charge in the end, with Jeroen above me. Not like I'll do anything except work with you on an equal basis, but if it comes down to powerstruggles between staff, or other situations regarding a problem with a staff member's actions, PM ME, or AIM me, or something. Not public, no bitching on the board. Talk to ME about it. That's how we are keeping order. I won't sit and have anyone fucking with people just b/c they can. We can do this. But only as a team.
