Nah. I'll just warn anyone who spams it up. I'd rather keep it open for if and when Retane becomes active and makes his request known once more.

Activity and the Potentiality for Activity are two different things. Besides, his starting ki is 924k, if the reason for not being active is that he doesn't know his ki or whatever.
When he starts being active, I'll add him. It's as simple as that.
