Yeah, but then again, you'd still may have to restrict the use of power-ups. A team of Jeice and Kami against 16 and Goten is basically a fight that Kami would run, partner or not.

In the case of power ups, those who have them could be better behaved.

Example: (I hate referencing the show, but here goes) Goke fights in an afterlife tournament I think, and decides he will hold off on using SSJ as long as possible, other wise it wouldn't be fun.

I could do something like that, as could Raditzu or Koola. I could also just not be in whatever is going on if people are really concerned about a 45 mill power level. XD

The teams could be balanced in such a way that the "weaker" team would be able to RP a way to win.

That team-tournament sounds like a really cool idea, although I would rather see a "real" saga, I understand the difficulties in creating one.
Although, it would be possible to "group-run" a saga. Like, a team of staff, or even staff and certain members, could work together, thus making the workload a lot smaller for each individual, resulting in keeping the saga alive. Either way, I think something cool is going to happen shortly.
And Frieza, dude... go... take a walk... or something. The hate raging around inside you is intense. You need to shoot someone several times relentlessly in a game of paintball. It'll calm your angry, angry nerves.
