Who should be fired?

Tien, because Pan did an good job and doesnt deserve to be fired.

What did you do?

I did the changelings transformations. Very little.

Case to be pleaded.

I tried to think up additional techniques but my creativity wasn't working. I looked at the final product and the only thing I could have criticized were how things were worded. It was really picky stuff so I shut up, I didn't feel it was my place to correct that far. I could have shown more presence and done more than just the transformations, I wanted to I even asked if anyone needed help, all I got was to think up some techniques, which I had already tried and failed. Im not trying to make excuses,im not saying I did everything I could, it just seemed like I wasnt needed at the time. If I make it out of here, I'm going to request TA position and whether I get it or not I'm going to become more active with everyones task, try to give my input for what its worth. Staying out of the way doesn't work here, and I'm all the more aware of that.

Okay guys, I have been informed that the choice is now in my hands. So, I'll go ahead and let you know what I think.

Pan, you are in no danger of leaving this round. While I know you could have done better, you were by far the hardest worker on the team and definetly do not deserve to be eliminated this round.

Now, Tien and Garlic. It came down to you guys. Tien, while I know you lead a busy life, it's understood why you haven't done everything you could. Garlic, I know you're a lazy bastard. But, I can't hold against you for doing your own job. No one expected you to do extra work when you were never asked or told to. Pretty much same thing on Tien.

So, this was the hardest choice. No one did anything that merits an elimination, so I have to take into account several things. Who has done the best so far? Who would do the best as staff? So forth, and so on.

I have made up my mind. Let it be known, this was by far the most difficult boardroom yet.

I feel that perhaps you need to lead your own life. I'm not about to give you something that requires so much responsibility when you in fact need to live out your own life and make it your top priority. Becoming staff would just be too time consuming for you.

Garlic and Pan, you're both safe.
