That was more of a cyst. I had a ganglian cyst on my wrist for a while, and it got huge. Really hurt sometimes when something bumped it, and from what I saw, there were three ways to remove it. One involved them cuting it open and pulling out the actual sac that the puss gathered in. Another was simply syringing it out, though it had about an 80% chance of regrowing from that, as all it had to heal was a small hole. The third was to rupture it, and there was a fifty fifty chance of it regrowing.

I was walking all clumsy like and simply fell sideways into a doorway, at that wood frame part in walkways. I fell with my full weight on my arm, and I suddenly heard a very audible "SQUISH" that my roommates heard in their rooms. They ran out and I was standing there, arm limp, kinda muttering "Oh... my... god..." They looked at my arm and knew immediately what had happened, and were like "HOLY CRAP" b/c we'd tried to slam it against things before, and despite the pain, it would never pop. It didn't pop my skin or anything, just kinda burst open under the skin and then drained into my arm. My arm felt really squishy for the longest time haha, but it didn't hurt too much, was just a bit sore.
