New moves without applying
#1
Can I make up a new move without having to apply it? You know, just to know what others think

Yes you can just make up moves and post them, but you wont be able to use them. Also other people could steal your ideas if you dont be careful.

It doesnt actually matter if someone steals your idea, I mean you can still get it.

Ok here is an interesting question. Lets say im an ordinary fighter and I have A move on my list. lets say I create an upgraded version of A move for example AB move, which can be also used as an ordinary A move. And I want to change my ordinary A move for the upgrade one. Do I waste +50 int. points? For that change of course. That means that I will only have AB move on my list, not also the ordinary version

Er...I think you can change your moves whenever, and you get one move for every 50 intel.

This isnt official or anything, but we might let people change a move instead of adding a new one once they get 50 intelligence.

As far as adding an upgraded version of a move, you don't have to do that. The only real example I can think of is the Kamehameha and the Chou Kamehameha. If you wanted to use a Chou Kamehameha, and you only had Kamehameha on your roster, that would be fine.

*hates typing "kamehameha"*

I think you're right about about Chou Kamehameha, Piccolo, but I don't think it makes too much of a difference. Kamehameha is a pretty draining attack on its own, and the powered up version of it is basically just a stronger version of that.

However, for the purposes of the RPG, it would be dumb to make someone have both "kamehameha" and "chou kamehameha" as best moves.

And GJ, I think the only difference is that the chou version has a larger beam.

One would imagine, but the larger attack would take more energy, time and be more draining.
